Create a Pinterest board

Create a new board on the connected Pinterest account.

Create a new board on the connected Pinterest account. Privacy defaults to PUBLIC if omitted. The returned id can be used as pinterestConfiguration.board_id when publishing pins via POST /v1/posts/.

Permissions: Requires posts:create. Access is limited by the API key creator's current organization membership and stored key ceiling. See Organization permissions.
