• Instagram Live comment webhooks: Comments posted during an Instagram Live broadcast now reach your existing comment.received subscribers, with a new data.isLive flag so you can tell Live comments apart from regular Instagram comments, Facebook Page comments, and Threads replies. Managed accounts need to reconnect to pick up the new subscription; if you bring your own Meta app, enable live_comments on it and reconnect your accounts.
• Instagram story replies and mentions: Instagram has no way to reply to a story directly, so these interactions arrive as direct messages. Inbound messages now expose a story field (reply or mention) in the API and in the message.received webhook, and you can send a reply that quotes a specific message using the new instagram.reply_to field on POST /v1/conversations/:id/messages.
• Fixed cross-organization DM misdelivery: When the same Instagram or Facebook account was connected to more than one of your organizations, an incoming reply could occasionally be stored and announced to the wrong organization. Inbound messages are now matched to the organization that most recently messaged the contact, falling back to the most recently active or most recently connected account.
