- Receive comments on connected Facebook Pages: the
comment.receivedwebhook event, previously available for Instagram, now also fires for comments on connected Facebook Pages. To enable it, request thepages_manage_metadatascope when generating your auth URL and complete the connection through your backend. Facebook comments don't include a username, so the event now carries anauthorNamefield with the commenter's display name (this field is also present, andnull, on Instagram). - More reliable YouTube upload quota tracking: fixed an issue where queued YouTube uploads could be published without their usage being counted against your quota, which could in turn cause valid uploads to be incorrectly rejected once quota enforcement was active. Quota accounting for queued uploads is now accurate.
- Corrected social network auth-url documentation: the docs and integration guide referenced the wrong HTTP verb and path for generating a social network auth URL. They now correctly show
POST /v1/social-networks/{network}/auth-url, including a clarification that the path segment is the network name, not a stored account ID. - Threads post deletion documentation corrected: several docs and reference pages incorrectly stated that deleting a Threads post was not supported. Threads post deletion has in fact worked for some time, and the documentation now reflects that correctly.
