Documentation accuracy fixes

A couple of corrections to our docs and marketing pages make the information you see more accurate:

  • Fixed incorrect organization ID example in webhook guide: The conversations webhook documentation previously showed an organization ID example that wasn't formatted the way real IDs actually look, which could mislead you when writing code to parse webhook payloads. The example now matches the real ID format used consistently across our docs, and the sample media upload URL in the video processing guide was also corrected so it doesn't point to a path that can't actually serve the file.
  • Corrected MCP server availability info for X and Pinterest: Our pages answering "Does this platform have an official MCP server?" incorrectly said no for both X (Twitter) and Pinterest. X has run an official hosted MCP server since mid-2026, and Pinterest announced one in September 2026 (currently limited to ads and insights, not yet generally available). Both pages now reflect the accurate status.
