Instagram Comment Webhooks, Shared Subscriptions, and a Delivery Fix

This release adds a new webhook for Instagram comments, lets organizations share a subscription, and fixes a bug that silently dropped webhook deliveries containing emoji:

  • Instagram comment webhooks: Subscribe to the new comment.received event to get notified in real time whenever someone comments on, or replies to a comment on, a connected Instagram account's post. The payload includes the comment text, author, and the related post ID when the post was published or imported through Outstand. Comments your own account posts (e.g. auto-replies) are never delivered, so you can safely automate replies without creating a loop. Since the same event can be delivered more than once, dedupe on commentId.
  • Shared subscriptions across organizations: Organizations can now share a subscription instead of each one needing its own, making it easier to manage billing for teams running multiple organizations.
  • Fixed dropped webhook deliveries containing emoji or non-Latin text: Webhook payloads containing emoji or non-Latin characters (common in DM text and comments) could previously fail to send at all. message.received, message.sent, and comment.received deliveries with this kind of content are now delivered reliably.
