• Instagram Direct Messages: Accounts connected through the web OAuth flow on Managed Keys now grant the permission needed to receive Instagram DMs, so messages sent to your connected accounts arrive as expected. Existing accounts need to reconnect once to pick up the new permission. This is currently available on Managed Keys only; support for Bring Your Own Key apps is coming later.
• Subscribe to conversation and message webhooks: The webhooks settings page now lets you select conversation.started, message.received, message.sent, and message.failed events, so you can react to incoming and outgoing Instagram messages in real time. Full payload examples are documented alongside the existing webhook events.
• Conversations API docs: New documentation covers the Conversations API, including endpoints and webhook events, so you can build messaging features with a clear reference.
• Data Processing Agreement page: A DPA page is now available, making it easier to find and review our data processing terms.
• More reliable comment lookups: Fixed an issue where certain comment IDs could fail to decode correctly when fetching comments.
